SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Please note that at the time of payment, no taxes or additional fees are collected by us for international orders. Customers are responsible for checking with their local or regional authorities regarding any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply to their purchase. These charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Shipping Timeframe: We strive to process, assemble, calibrate and ship orders as quickly as possible, but some additional time for assembly may be required during very high order volumes. Every sensor is hand-built, calibrated and packed manually by a skilled technician. Unless fully assembled and calibrated stock are in-hand (we do try to stay as far ahead as possible!), assembly of all units will begin once your order is received. All units will be shipped within 1-4 weeks from the date of the order being received. If there are any delays beyond the estimated shipping timeframe, we will promptly inform you of the situation and provide updates on the status of your order.

Shipping Methods: We use reliable and reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. The shipping method used will depend on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available, which allows you to monitor the delivery status of your package. Please note that tracking may not be available for certain international destinations.

Delivery Time: Delivery times for international shipments can vary based on the destination and customs clearance procedures of the receiving country. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.
